1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing star99 at star99.win, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the star99 platform. star99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 2Eligibility and Account Registration

star99 operates a strict one account per person policy. Duplicate accounts, whether held under different names or the same name, are prohibited and will be closed. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited.

All accounts are subject to a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This requires you to submit valid government-issued identification before deposit, withdrawal, and full betting functions are activated. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on star99 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept or process any foreign currency.

Supported payment methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets including GCash and Maya, subject to current availability. star99 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or any payment method not listed on the Deposit page as currently supported.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. star99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of deposited funds. Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.

star99 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment channel and are subject to verification clearance.

4Betting Rules and Bet Settlement

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity on star99 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform.

A bet is considered final and binding once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bet – including the selection, stake, and odds – before submitting it. star99 cannot cancel confirmed bets at a player's request except in circumstances where the platform itself has determined a void is warranted.

star99 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed at odds that were published in error.
• Suspend or restrict betting on specific markets during live events if system integrity is in question.
• Limit or restrict the maximum bet amount for any account at its sole discretion.
• Withhold settlement of bets pending investigation where fraudulent activity is suspected.

Results and settlements are based on official sources for the relevant competition or game. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of star99 is final subject to the formal dispute process outlined in Section 9.

5Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your star99 account credentials, including your username and password. star99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

You must notify star99 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. star99 uses SSL encryption across all sessions and OTP verification during login and sensitive account actions to protect your account. However, star99 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep login details secure.

You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any bet placed through your account is your responsibility regardless of who placed it.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on star99 and will result in account suspension, termination, and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to place bets without manual human input.
• Exploiting errors in odds, promotions, or platform functionality in a manner not consistent with normal betting behaviour.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or abuse promotional offers.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Providing false identification or personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform outside of the standard player interface.
• Any activity that constitutes match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any other form of fraud.

star99 actively monitors accounts for unusual betting patterns and reserves the right to investigate and act on suspected violations without prior notice.

7Promotions and Bonuses

General conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

10Limitation of Liability

star99 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

star99 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside our direct control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand the applicable betting rules or promotion terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability in a manner that is prohibited under applicable Philippine law.
